I’m Cristian
I'm Cristian, a Software Engineer focused on backend development, data engineering, ML Ops, and software architecture.
After +10 years in IT, I still enjoy coding, testing, building, deploying apps, delivering value, providing solutions to teams, designing scalable systems, microservices, components, data ingestion and processing pipelines, debugging and tuning for performance.
I align with business priorities, I'm goal-focused, pragmatic, cooperative, agreeable, straight-forward, and a conscious guy on the greater good, wherever I’m at.
Teams I was part of
I’ve worked on +10 teams, across +15 years in the IT industry. 50% in Argentina, 30% in LATAM, and 20% from USA. In many of them I grew long-standing friendships, and partners I’ve come back to work with repeatedly, helping in different new areas and roles.

A Career path
In the beginning, I started working at a Consulting firm, traveling to client locations across Latinoamerica, acquiring experience and learning, slowly evolving into a Software Architect. Then drifting away from code, getting unchallenged, many meetings, big companies, clients, users, and solving more People problems than Computing problems.
After +10 years in a row, I jumped back to a small start-up lab, and new adventures began…
As a tenured IT professional, I sought for modern technical challenges, training in the data and microservices era, I faced unsolved engineering obstacles, challenging public meetings, some very specialized deep, some very wide types of architectural problems, this's the phase I love, working with research engineers, machine learning developers and data scientists in several fields, all aligned to deliver features that add value to business.
A Life Playing
I've been playing with code since I was 12. Had my first job at 17 yrs old: Programming.
At first, code felt like art to me—a way to craft fantastic things, …and make horrible mistakes! 👻 . Fortunately, I started making music early on to separate art from engineering, to reach open creativity and freedom of mind.
When I’m not working or being father, I compose music, craft furnitures, or read books on astrophysics, history, religion, and sci-fi novels.
Keeping sense
My mission is pretty clear today: being a good Father and Husband. Before, it was being a good son and friend. But in full honesty, being a good partner and a reliable worker is still: where I have the biggest experience 😂
